How to use a keylogger

 
1. Make sure the Keylogger option is enabled in the Settings Profile corresponding to the user or group of users:
If this option was turned off, turn it on. The settings will be applied within a maximum of 15 minutes.
 
2. Go to the Monitoring tab - Keystrokes. You will see all the text that users have typed on the keyboard:
 
 
3. To filter data by user, you can use the main user filter or select the appropriate option in the context menu:
 
 
4. You can search by keywords. Enter the word "hack" in the search bar, and the Web Console will query the database and load only the texts containing that keyword:
 
5. You can filter the visible results. If you enter the word "hack" in the filter, the Web Console will filter the existing lines without querying the database:
 
6. If you click on the View button, you can see what the employee's computer screen looked like at the moment the event occurred:
 
7. To automate the process and avoid searching for the keyword manually next time, let's create a rule. Go to the Rules Profile corresponding to the user and click the Create Rule button, then select the type - Keystrokes.
 
8. Create a rule as shown in the example below:
9. Save the Rules Profile by clicking the Save button. The rule will be applied within 5-15 minutes. Now, if the user types the word "hack" on the keyboard, we will receive a notification in the Risks tab.
